We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You must pay our charges

When you set up your account you will be required to enter payment details. Our site may occasionally offer promotions in which the site is made available free of charge for a limited period of time for you to evaluate, but following this you will be charged a single, monthly, or annual fee which we will take using the payment details that you have provided. Payment is taken using our third party payment provider. If we are unable to take payment your account will be suspended and you will not be able to use our site. If we are unable to collect any payment you owe us we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time. This interest accrues on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.

We may transfer this agreement to someone else

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.

Your obligations

  • 1. You must ensure that your device meets the technical specification required to use our site.
  • 2. You should use your own virus protection software.
  • 3. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • 4. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.
  • 5. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
  • 6. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
  • 7. You must not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or any services provided via, or in relation to, our site.   • 10. This clause shall not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.
  • 11. This site, its content and any services provided in relation to the same are only targeted to, and intended for use by, individuals located in the United Kingdom. By continuing to access, view or make use of this site and any related content and services, you hereby warrant and represent to us that you are located in the United Kingdom. If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, you must immediately discontinue use of this Website.
You must keep your account details safe

When you set up an account to use our site you will need to set up a username and password as part of our security procedures. You must keep your login details confidential as your profile created in your account will contain information that is personal to you. We have the right to disable any account at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your account login details you must promptly contact us.
